The quantity of system components includes three ( 3) RPM 's, One (1) pre-manufactured booth, and related equipment. Also, disassemble, package,and move existing RPMs, booth, and miscellaneous equipment to the CBP storage yard located at 700 Maritime Street (approximately 1000' away from this equipment).

Price Range Estimate: Between $ 250,000 and $ 500,000

Contractors MUST become pre-qualified prior to contract award in order to perform the work. An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of less than or equal to 0.9 and no willful OSHA/State Labor & Industries Citations over the past three years is needed to meet the pre-qualification requirement. Battelle Memorial Institute, Pacific Northwest Division (Battelle), is interested in receiving proposals for a C60 Ion Source needed in connection with the Recovery Act and Battelle's management, operation, and maintenance of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) at Richland, Washington, under Prime Contract DE-AC05-76RL01830. PNNL is requesting a response to this proposal no later than November 13, 2008. Interested parties shall submit an intent to respond to this proposal no later than November 5, 2009.
