Biography

Dr. Zhou received his Ph.D. degree from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) Water Resources Engineering program in 2012. After spending three years as a postdoc in Land Surface Hydrology Group in University of Washington, Dr. Zhou joined the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in 2015 studying multi-scale hydrologic processes through numerical modeling and field/lab approaches.
