Focus Area #1: Aerosol Formation, Aging, and Transport
Project: Development and Evaluation of a Benchmark Aerosol Chemistry, Dynamics, and Microphysics Model
Rahul Zaveri served on the Technical Program Committee and co-organized the International Aerosol Modeling Algorithms (IAMA) conference held at the University of California at Davis from December 5-7, 2007. He also chaired two sessions on "Aerosol Model Structure" and gave two invited talks. Nicole Riemer also attended the conference and gave one talk. These talks described various modules of the MOSAIC and partMC models that are coupled to form the stochastic particle-resolved aerosol model.
