PNNL receives award from International Symposium on Spectral Sensing Research
PNNL received an award from the International Symposium on Spectral Sensing Research for best technical presentation of session (Surface Sensing and Monitoring). Steven Sharpe spoke on "Infrared Spectral Signatures for Stand-off Monitoring: Creation of a Quantitative Library, Its Utility and Limitations." This work was conducted by Tim Johnson and Robert Sams, both of the Fundamental Science Directorate, and Steven Sharpe, National Security Directorate. It was funded under the Office of Nonproliferation Research and Development (NA-22). (announced 4/1/2007)
