Jim Dooley Appointed to Editorial Board for International Journal of Greenhouse Gas Control
Jim Dooley was appointed to the editorial board for the International Journal of Greenhouse Gas Control, the first peer reviewed journal to focus on carbon dioxide capture and storage (CCS) technologies. As a member of the editorial board, Jim's principal responsibility is to assist the journal editors with the refereeing of newly submitted articles. He also will encourage CCS researchers to submit their work to the journal. Jim was chosen for this position because of his cutting edge research on CCS and the role of this class of technologies in addressing climate change for PNNL's Joint Global Change Research Institute and Global Energy Technology Strategy projects. He also was chosen because of his role as the lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's Special Report on Carbon Dioxide Capture and Storage. (announced 6/1/2006)
