Joel Pounds Appointed to Canada Research Chairs' College of Reviewers
Joel Pounds, a scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, has been appointed to the Canada Research Chairs' College of Reviewers. The College of Reviewers seeks out the expertise of specialists in areas that have been targeted for research in Canadian universities. Pounds' expertise in cellular and molecular toxicity of metals and osteotoxicology is of particular interest to the College. (announced 5/1/2002)
