Jonathan Young Selected as Member of Newly Formed National Research Council Committee
Jonathan Young, of the ETD Risk and Decisions Sciences Group, has been selected as a member of a newly formed National Research Council committee. Along with the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Engineering, the National Research Council (www.nationalacademies.org/nrc) provides science, technology and health policy advice under a Congressional Charter. Jonathan was selected because of his expertise in probabilistic risk assessment technology and applications. (announced 4/3/2003)
