Dianne currently leads PNNL's Office of Internal Audit. The directorate performs internal audits of Laboratory operations; is the primary interface with non-DCAA government and other external auditors; and conducts internal investigations concerning allegations of fraud, waste, abuse and ethical violations.
Ms. Jackson joined PNNL in June, 2007. She came to the Laboratory experienced with increasing levels of responsibility in Auditing, Accounting, Finance and Project Controls for U.S. and International Fortune 500 Companies supporting both commercial and government clients.
Prior to joining PNNL, Dianne held the position of Senior Director, Fluor Hanford Internal Audit. She also held chief audit executive positions at the Rocky Flats Remediation Site, Nevada Test Site, the Waste Isolation Pilot Program and the EG&G Rocky Flats' DOE Contract close-out office in Denver, CO. Ms. Jackson has worked in the government contracts environment for over 30 years.
Dianne is a charter member of the DOE Contractors Internal Audit Director's (CIAD) Steering Committee and supported the early development and the pilot program for the Cooperative Audit Strategy. Over the years, she has served as the CIAD co-chair, in various subcommittees, and is currently serving in the communication subcommittee.
Dianne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Accounting, and Masters degree in Business Administration-Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Colorado and Washington. Dianne is a member of the Colorado and Washington Societies of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and The Institute of Internal Auditors.
